Not what you expected? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item online. Item must be in new and unused condition and returned within 30 days after the item was purchased.
Return Or Exchange Online - It's Easy - Follow These Simple Steps
1. Log into "Account" or click "Order Status" in top navigation
    Click here to go to "Order Status/Tracking"

2. In "Order History", select the order number you wish to return/exchange

3. Click the "Return/Exchange Request" button

4. Find the item and, from the drop-down menus, select a "quantity" and "return type"

5. Choose your FedEx Return Shipping Service method (see details below)

6. Click "submit" to process your return/exchange request. Completion of these steps will provide a link to print a shipping label.


To ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, we'll ship the replacement before we receive your exchanged item.
Your account will be debited for the replacement item. When we receive the exchanged item, we'll credit your account.
Warranty
All products carry a full manufacturer warranty. Should you have any problem, Soccer Savings will do everything possible to assist you.
Exchange Details

• Exchange value can be used for any items at Soccer Savings.

• To ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, we'll ship the replacement before we receive your exchanged item. You will be debited for the replacement item. When we receive the exchanged item, we'll issue a credit.

• Items must be in new and unused condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• Custom orders, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are non-refundable.

For $2.00 extra you may request a FedEx Ground Return pickup from your home or office by:

• logging into https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do or

• calling 1.800.GO.FedEx and requesting a "Ground Return Pickup"

• The shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

• FedEx Return Service is only available to customers in the continental US.

• Return shipping rates apply to the continental US only.

Returns - International - You pay shipping

For returns from outside the continental US, Soccer Savings does not handle shipping. You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service and paying any shipping cost.
