If a problem occurs with the product and has been used in any way,
under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty
issue, not as defective or under Playability Guarantee.
Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem
within the manufacturer’s warranty period Soccer Savings will do everything
possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
If needed, call Soccer Savings to inquire on manufacturer's warranty time period.
It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund
of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the
manufacturer receives the item.
Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and
special ordered items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.

Items returned or returned for exchange must be accompanied by the original packaging
and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, except for Playability and Wearability items. All returns will be inspected prior to credit
being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase
price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Soccer Savings, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION, except for Playability and Wearability items, WITHIN 30 DAYS in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping is not refundable.
When returning or exchanging a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.
For returns, shipping
charges are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges feature free shipping both ways.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, except for Playability and Wearability items.
CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are
not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular
in stock items are also not returnable.
Please Note: All sales are subject to availability
of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any additional duty,
taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be
assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible
for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for
replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items
are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

When something is purchased as a "Special
Order", it can mean one of several things:
1. It could mean that it is not a normally stocked item
and it will be ordered on your behalf.
2. It could mean that it is a normally stocked item but
Soccer Savings is temporarily out of stock or the item is backordered
from the manufacturer.
3. It could mean that it is a new item that Soccer Savings anticipates
arriving in the warehouse soon. If you order an item that
is listed "Special Order" please allow two to four weeks
for delivery.

type of store, and over time. Suggested retail prices
can, however, be used by you as a benchmark by which to
compare our discounts from SRP to the discounts from SRP
of other companies that sell golf equipment and apparel
and likewise post their prices or discounts in relation
to the suggested retail price.

posted on its website. As manufacturers provide the latest
suggested retail price information to Soccer Savings, Soccer Savings
updates its website. At times, however, a manufacturer
may change a suggested retail price without notice to
Soccer Savings. Thus, the manufacturer of a particular product
should be contacted if you want to ensure that you obtain
the most up-to-date SRP information available.
